Very showy and unusual snack! A traditional dish in Chinese tea houses. Prepared according to the original recipe (will share their experiences below... )

Ingredients

  • Offal

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    7 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 piece

  • Carnation

    4 bottle

  • Star anise

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Allspice

  • Salt

Pig ears are well washed and cleaned, pour over boiling water and add to the pot.

To fill the ears with water so that they were fully closed. Bring to a boil. Add chopped vegetables and ginger.

the soy sauce. Cook on low heat under the lid, about 2 hours.

Then cut the fatty part, and the lugs themselves are folded into the container.

Pour a little broth and put under the press in a cool place for 6-8 hours.
