Oat pancakes for Breakfast
For those who are watching their figure, offer for Breakfast, delicious, healthy, and, most importantly, low-calorie pancakes with honey and roasted almonds.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

  • Almonds

Cooking

Oatmeal pour boiling water and leave overnight. Morning egg, add a spoon of flour or semolina

and knead the dough.

Fry on non-stick pan in 1 tablespoon oil on each side until Golden brown. If not, then the oil may need and more, then put the finished pancakes on a napkin to remove excess oil.

Hot water with honey, served with almonds and dried apricots.

Almonds I pour boiling water for 5 minutes. Then remove the skin. In the morning, fry on a dry pan. This almond is much more fragrant, tasty and crispy :) .
