Macaroons
The name came by itself, in that moment, when I tried to get that cookie your child. It was very difficult... the Cookies turned out so delicious and flavorful, tender-crisp, with rich taste of almonds. After tasting it, I realized my baby. For the competition "Silver Line to the delight of the children."

Ingredients

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yolk egg

  • Egg white

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar
