Potato and carrot casserole with broccoli
Very tasty casserole. I think this casserole will appeal not only fasting, but not fasting lovers of vegetables in any form.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Broccoli

    400 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Starch

    35 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Broccoli thawed, cook in boiling, salted water 3 minutes, drain in a colander, and give good to drain the water.

500 g of peeled potatoes to boil in salted water, drain the water, leaving 50 ml of broth. Crushed in puree, add the broth, potato, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil TM "Oleyna", stir and cool. In chilled puree add 20 g of starch, pepper, 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped, mix thoroughly.

Chop onion, fry with 2 tbsp vegetable oil TM "generous gift", add grated on a medium grater carrots, simmer until soft carrots. Cool, add 2 cloves finely chopped garlic, 15 g of starch and pepper, mix well.

Silicone form (I have a volume of 1 l), grease with vegetable oil, put in the form of mashed potatoes, spread over the form, forming the sides of the potatoes.

Mashed potatoes to put broccoli, flatten.

Put the carrots, spread on top and flatten. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

Remove the casserole from the oven, allow to stand in the form 5-7 minutes, cover the dish and flip to remove the form.

Serve hot with vegetable sauce.
