Cooking
All will depend on what you have peas. I had a whole, so I soaked for 2H. Rinse peas, cover with water for 2 hours. The passage of time, DRAIN the WATER (to avoid musical evenings))) Pour clean and then boil it.
I have peas cooked for 1 hour. Let cool slightly and beat with a blender. As you stir the peas, the mass begins to thicken, so add a little cold water.
Now for the meat. Finely chop the onion. Preheat the pan with oil, to throw the meat. Small pieces - meat is finely chopped. I have leftovers of meat I decided to add to the stuffing.
In a few min to add to farlo bow. Simmer all until tender, 15-20 min.
Then add the meat to the peas. Mix well and put on stove for 5min.
