Pretty quick, tasty and original. Very suitable for buffet table for a large number of guests.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Green onions

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Boil potatoes in their skins. Clean and cut small cubes.

Onions and mushrooms cut into small cubes. Fry in butter, then combine with cheese and add garlic.

Mix the potatoes with the mushrooms, add finely chopped greens and green onions. Add to taste spices, pepper and salt.

Preheat the oven to 220S. Thawed puff dough on a floured table and roll out into a thin layer. The resulting rectangle is cut into rectangles.

Eggs, lightly beat. Coat the inside of the resulting rectangles. Put on each of them in 2 tbsp of the filling.

Collapse the bags. Press with fingers the connection.

The pan sprinkle cold water. Put the packages on a baking sheet, brush with remaining egg, place in oven and bake for 15 min.
