Snack cake
Cake of tender meat pancakes stuffed with Korean carrots.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Oil corn

    3 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Spices

Chicken grind onion in a blender.

To the received forcemeat add the milk, eggs, salt, pepper.

Add the flour, mix well.

Heat the oil on medium heat fry the meat pancakes. Spread the dough with a spoon, quickly even out. Fry on both sides. Turn and remove the pancake cooking spatula.

Turns 4 pancake

On pancakes put the carrots in Korean, on top of the pancake and so on, a little pressing. The last pancake, sprinkle with grated cheese. Decorate as desired.
