Slovak Easter cheese
This delicious and fragrant cheese you will find in almost every Easter basket Slovak Catholic. Yellow design looks great on the background of the sausages and meat. Make it sweet by adding vanilla sugar. I suggest you salt option. I think that the time before Easter and still have someone come in handy this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Milk

  • Chicken egg

    10 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Cumin

    2 tsp

In home-made milk pour the cream. To drive all the eggs and stir with a whisk.

Put the saucepan on the fire. Add salt and cumin. Mix well.

Cook on a medium heat, stirring constantly. We must ensure the consistency of porridge.

In a colander put gauze and pour egg porridge.

Give drain off fluid. Tie the cheesecloth tight and hung the cheese for a minimum of 8 hours. I leave for the night. Morning cheese wrap in plastic wrap and in the fridge. Serve with horseradish.
