Zrazy with buckwheat in mushroom sauce
I love the classic combination of buckwheat with meat and mushrooms. Cook often and constantly looking for new and interesting recipes with these products together. Offer you a hearty homemade dish: zrazy with buckwheat in mushroom sauce. It is very fragrant and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Broth

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Dill

For cooking take unground buckwheat from "Mistral".

Fill buckwheat with water 1: 2, bring to a boil and cook on low heat until tender about 20 minutes. Cover with a lid and set aside to cool.

Add the chopped mushrooms. Mushrooms can take any upon request and availability. I cooked sliced mushrooms. Fry mushrooms with onions for about 5 minutes.
