Marshmallow cream
Airiness, lightness, pleasant taste, easy texture and beautiful mix of fruit and berries – here are the arguments in favour of the use of this cream in the summer heat. It's good as a layer in cakes, as a filler in tubes and baskets, and will be useful for gluing the cookies together. Some careless housewife (stone - in my garden), to save his reputation, give his unexpected guests for buffet dessert - and there are many options: just coffee, hot chocolate, liqueur or fruit and berries.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    1.5 tsp

  • Citric acid

    0.75 tsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Water

    75 ml

Soak gelatine in 25 ml of cold boiled water for 2 hours.

At the same time soak the sugar in 50 ml of cold boiled water for 2 hours.

Upon the expiration of sugar, put on fire, boil, stirring constantly, 7-8 minutes. After that, the sugar remove from heat.

Put it in the gelatin and beat with a mixer for 10 minutes. Beat the best at the lowest speed.

Then adding citric acid and beat for 5 minutes.

Then add vanilla, baking soda and beat for another 5 minutes. Put in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
