Dear cooks, I congratulate you with New year and Christmas! I wish you happiness, peace and prosperity! My first recipe for the "star" of the week will be a simple snack cake in the shape of a Christmas wreath.

Beets peel, grate on medium grater (good squeeze!!!), add spices, ground nuts. Half passerovannogo of garlic (garlic squeezed through a press, has massirovala olive oil). The wreath holds its shape well. Turned out very tender and juicy.
