Description
Not for victory, but for the sake of participation - put up for competition "Queen of the cocktail," a favorite dish of her husband. The original recipe shared with me cook Galina A., put it on another site, but there were asked Julien to put in buns. I made some modifications, making the basis for tartlets of puff pastry. Help yourself. Husband loves this dish and ready to eat the entire pan, although a lot of it I did not eat.

Cooking
Dried mushrooms will be enough quite a bit - one stuff, because they are exclusively for flavor.
Dried mushrooms grind in a blender.
Chicken fillet boil until cooked and finely chop.
Turns fry in a pan: onion until Golden brown,
Chicken (main - stop the attempted theft :-D ).
Roll the dough, cut out circles.
Spread in the tins, poke with a fork. Put a piece of parchment for him to pour out the beans/peas to the tartlets keep in shape. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes. The dough should be grilled until the end.
Pour the cream into the pan, bring to a boil, but do not boil. Reduce the heat, pour the seasoning for Julien, dried mushrooms, mix well. 5 minute simmer before the advent of delicious mushroom flavor. Pour the prepared sauce into the mixture of mushrooms, onions and chicken. Mix well.
The finished tarts out of the dish, coat with the egg.
Fill the tart shells with the filling of julienne, place in oven for 10-15 minutes until the dough is lightly browned.
To bring to the table. Bon appetit!
