Flan
Great Breakfast or dinner with eggs. I have to warn you: this is not an omelet, but rather a souffle. Flan is a popular French dish. A cross between pie, omelettes and casseroles. The result is a fairly dense texture with pieces of crab sticks, shrimp and smoked trout.

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

    100 g

  • Shrimp

    100 g

  • Trout

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Corn starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

To eggs add salt and sweet ground paprika, whisking with a mixer. Do not put a lot of salt, as the salted fish is added.

To the mixture add the cream and whisk.

Add cornstarch and whisk. I used corn, but potato.

Crab sticks "A sea" dice.

Cooked frozen shrimp to clean if large, then cut, small leave whole. Cold-smoked rainbow trout cut into cubes.

To egg mixture add chopped crab sticks, trout and shrimp. Mix well.

For convenience, it is better to take a silicone form. Pour into it the egg mixture. Silicone form to be put in the form of a large diameter filled with water (I use a pan with removable handle). Flan is baked in the oven in a water bath. To put in heated to 180 degrees oven and bake for 40 minutes.
