Pellets of potatoes
Traditional Finnish flatbread, the recipe is very simple. Enjoy for Breakfast with a Cup of coffee.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

Cooking

Butter I melted and cooled. Egg whipped with salt, sugar and butter. Added oil to the egg mixture, all mixed.

Potatoes are cleaned, boiled, and made mashed potatoes. Added the egg mixture to the mashed potatoes, all mixed.

Then added oatmeal to the mash and again all mixed.

Gradually add the flour and thoroughly mixed.

Kneaded the dough.

The finished dough divided into 10 parts.

Made scones and put them on a baking tray lined with paper. Pellet pierced with a fork and bake until Golden brown in preheated oven.
