Vegetable rice ice cream with blueberries
Want to surprise your loved ones? Prepare this delicious and unusual ice cream! My husband didn't even guess that there is rice! Instead of blueberries you can take any other berries!

Ingredients

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Cardamom

    2 piece

  • Blueberries

    150 g

Wash rice, cover with water and cook on medium heat until tender, better even longer, until the rice begins to soft after boiling. The rice should be liquid, but starchy. Choose round pic for kas, it is best boiled to the desired consistency!

Remove the cardamom grains and stolzite them.

In the hot rice, add sugar and cardamom. Mix everything together to dissolve the sugar.

Add frozen berries (I did not pre-thawed).

Carefully pushing the mass in a blender. Put the mass into a container and put into the freezer.

Every half hour weight nailed the blender, when it becomes difficult to break through, then stir with a spoon. Leave mass for another hour and serve. BON APPETIT!!! P. S. the Time of preparation without cooling time!
