Salad
Tender and juicy salad that is not ashamed to apply to any table. It is useful and not very nutritious, with a light dressing based on yogurt. Green misunderstanding on top - the attempt to portray the same moonlight flower... how I imagine it)))

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Cheese

    75 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Yogurt

    125 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Chicken fillet dismantle the fibers (or simply a cut, as you like).

Cut cucumbers into strips.

Eggs chop with a knife.

Add green peas and mushrooms. Cheese grate on a fine grater, greens cut, leaving about half for decoration, the rest put in a salad.

Mix the yoghurt, mustard (you can substitute regular, but then to take less, add a little and taste!), soy sauce and lemon juice (or vinegar).

Dressed salad.

When serving, sprinkle with cheese and prepare the greens. Bon appetit!
