Cups with peach and brie
Peaches with brie cheese baked in puff pastry cups – a great snack for lovers of spicy cheeses to chilled white wine.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    200 g

  • Soft cheese

    125 g

  • Peach

    1 piece

  • Honey

    4 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Puff pastry roll out and cut into 8 squares approximately 10 × 10 cm Each square put in muffin cups to make the cups. In every form I've previously put a paper cuff.

Peach cut in half, remove the seeds and each half cut into 4 even pieces. Cheese cut into 8 slices. Into each Cup with the dough to put one piece of peach and cheese.

Each pour 1/2 tsp. of honey. Coat the dough with egg and place in preheated 200°C oven.

Once the dough is browned and cheese starts to bubble, remove the cups from the mould on a plate and let cool slightly. Serve warm to chilled white wine.
