Description
Happy New year, dear cooks! A little history of the recipe... In the new year turmoil tartlets remained quietly lying on the shelf, and I don't like them hard as a rock, the smell of something unknown... But in moreselect always have a great pastry from the nearby supermarket(in their bakery are doing), that I remembered grandma's cookies - stars, flowers and hearts - all in the childhood such did! This whole set I applied with advantage for the holiday table! Bon appetit!!!

Cooking
Divide thawed dough into two parts, one should be a little more.
A smaller part out thinly and cut out figures. Lay them on the prepared baking sheet.
A large part of the roll out thicker, cut figurines and delete midway. I removed midway the means at hand, and You pick them up under the mold...
The egg divided into whites and yolks, into protein add a pinch of salt and a little beat in the egg yolk add some sugar and mix well.
Collect our stars: laid out on a baking sheet figures lubricates protein(so that the layers stuck together among themselves), spread on top of the figures without center and brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Send them in to bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
The finished tarts cool completely and remove excess dough from the middle.
For the filling, mix softened butter and melted cheese with finely chopped dill. If it turns out very thick, add a little more oil - caviar say thank you! Of course, variants of fillings can be very diverse. This dough is so versatile that stars can make even the sweet and delight of children and adults with a sweet tooth!
Fill filling tarts. Caviar spread just before serving.
Our stars are ready! Enjoy all the appetite and good mood!!!
