Beef tenderloin cut into thin strips, sprinkle with salt, pepper, thyme leaves, crushed garlic 20 ml olive oil, mix and leave marinate for 10 minutes.
On a hot tin skillet in the remaining oil fry the beef for 2-3 minutes. Fire - maximum, did not have time to leave the meat juice and the beef was not tough.
Add halved tomatoes, stir and remove pan from heat.
Spread the meat with the tomatoes in the preheated dish. Put the arugula and Parmesan shavings, decorate with balsamic sauce. Immediately served to the table!
