Delicious and quick Shawarma without the meat (the optimal ratio of protein, fats and carbohydrates)

Ingredients

  • Pita

  • Spinach

    400 g

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Cheese

    100 g

Cooking

Spinach season with salt, add garlic, dried herbs and cook in the microwave for 8-10 min at a power of 800 watts
