Creamy mushroom tartlets with air potato stuffing... And for more spice – Korean carrot... To the Queen "competition reception"

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Flour

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Carrots

  • Salt

  • Greens

Four tartlets. Onion chopped, mushrooms chopped krupenko. Fry in vegetable oil. To turn roasted mushrooms through a meat grinder. The resulting juice is drained.
