Tartlets
Delicious snacks for any occasion. Perfect for dinners with wine, and friendly gatherings with beer. For the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Blue cheese

    250 g

  • Shrimp

    500 g

  • Dry white wine

    40 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Connect the flour with the margarine, add sour cream and salt and knead the dough. Put in the fridge for an hour.

Roll the dough into a thin layer, cut circles and put in a greased with sunflower oil tins.

Into molds to pour the peas or beans, in order that the tarts do not lose shape. Bake 20-30 minutes until Golden brown at 200°With (depending on your oven, mine took about 30 minutes).

Melt the cheese in the pan, stirring constantly so cheese does not burn.

Add in cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic and shrimp. The shrimp I previously thawed in boiling water and purified. You can take just cleaned. Let it sit a little and add the wine.

Lay the shrimp with the sauce on the tarts, decorate with tomato and Basil.
