Eggs in Cuban ( cojones )
Simple, hearty and tasty dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Ketchup

    200 g

Cooking

Cook eggs, cut into halves. Yolk mix with half of cheese and cream. Stuff them with eggs. Spread in a baking dish

Fry the onion with the pepper

Clean the tomatoes from the skin and into the pan together with the sauce and rest of cheese.

Stir the mixture and pour this egg.

Oven 170* 20 min. When serving, decorate with greens. Serve with rice (traditionally), but not necessarily.
