Tartlets
Happened to me a few months to live in France, since I love French cuisine! Wine, blue cheese, onion.. mmm.. Almond tarts French from nostalgic person. With an effort of will stopped myself on the third slice! For the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Almonds

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Blue cheese

    100 g

  • Thyme

    0.5 tsp

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare the dough for the tartlets. Grind the almonds into crumbs.

Sift the flour, add a pinch of salt. Chilled butter to RUB on a grater. I have in the freezer for cookie dough always keep a pack of butter. Add the almonds, the egg and quickly knead the dough.

Wrap in cling film and take to the fridge for half an hour.

Prepare the filling.

Apple cut into thin slices. Water to boil, dissolve in it the sugar, add the Apple, cinnamon. Reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

The leaves of leeks cut, stem cut into small rings. Heat 1 tbsp. butter, lightly fry the leek, sprinkle with thyme, add the wine and simmer over low heat until the liquid to evaporate.

Blue cheese and finely crumble.

Roll the dough into the reservoir, put into greased molds, often prick with a fork. Bake at temp-re 180 gr - 15 minutes.

To get the tarts out of the oven, they have slightly hardened, at the bottom of each spread the leeks, then the Apple slices.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 15 minutes, until tarts are lightly browned and cheese melts.
