Today my mother-in-law anniversary - 80 years. This salad is constantly on her holiday table. Just found out that this Estonian salad, mother-in-law considers it his signature dish. The taste is rich and spicy.

Cooking
Cook the carrots, beets, potatoes and eggs. Peel and cut into cubes.
Take pickles, I opted for the pickles "Crunchy" from TM 6 acres. Cut into small cubes.
For vegetables and eggs put sliced cucumbers. Add the diced Apple.
Salted herring cut into fillets, cut into cubes. Put in a salad.
Add sour cream and mild mustard, stir.
The salad is served chilled, garnished with parsley. Bon appetit!
