Clean the mushrooms and fry a little in butter. Then season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with spices (I had the spices for mushroom dishes). To lay out hats on a plate and put it on top of the Korean carrots.

Quail eggs boil, peel and place in each mushroom cap on top of the Korean carrot.

On top of our nests sprinkle with chopped green onions, and eggs sprinkled with spices. I sprinkled black pepper and paprika. All the appetizer ready. I WILL EAT WELL!!!!!!
