Warm egg salad
Egg salad-very hearty and delicious food, homely and cosy. Offer you one of the options. Prepared quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    40 g

  • Bacon

    4 slice

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Curry

    0.333 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

Cooking

Cook the eggs until done.

While cooked eggs, celery wash, if necessary, clean from the hard top layer and finely chop.

Parsley, onion chop. Capers cut in half or into 4 pieces if they are large.

Separately mix the yogurt, soy sauce ( TM Kikkoman light) and curry.

Slices of bacon cut into small pieces, put on a slightly hot frying pan and fry for 5-6 minutes.

Boiled eggs cool slightly, peel and finely chop immediately. (hot)

Mix the eggs, chopped celery, chopped herbs and capers. Season the salad with a mixture of curd, soy sauce and curry.

Very convenient and tasty to serve this salad on slices of black bread, toast or toast, sprinkled with fried bacon and warm.
