Ingredients

  • Cranberry

    400 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Honey

    150 g

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Ginger

  • Cardamom

  • Salt

Prepare all the ingredients for the sauce.

Squeeze the juice from the orange and pour it into the skillet.

Finely chop the red onion.

Place the washed cranberries in a saucepan with the orange juice and bring to a boil, but do not boil. Add the chopped onion, stir and simmer cranberry mixture on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Add to the sauce a pinch of salt, spices and honey, stir to give honey to break up in the sauce, turn the heat off.
