Very simple, delicious recipe. On the eve peel 2 onions, stick a clove.

The next day remove the onion from the liquid and remove the cloves. Thinly slice the onion half rings. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry onions for 15 minutes on low heat. Season with salt and pepper. Put onions aside.
Break the eggs into a bowl, pour the milk, salt and pepper.
Whisk the mixture with a fork until it starts to foam a little.
Grease a pan a little olive oil, pour eggs and cook on one side. On one half of the omelet put the onion and cover the other.
