Appetizer
This snack I pose next to a glass of sparkling champagne. The dough is similar to puff pastry, but the filling is delicious tender!

Ingredients

  • Lemon juice

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Salmon

  • Soft cheese

  • Egg white

The secret of this test is that the ingredients should be very cold. Put the butter in the freezer for 30 minutes, then grate on a grater and mix with the sifted flour, water and lemon juice.
