Pasta with chicken, lemon and arugula
Pasta with delicious sauce.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Basil

  • Arugula

    40 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

  • Parmesan

Fillet cut into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Pour 2st. L. lemon juice, stir and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Arugula is free from the stems and grind in a blender along with a clove of garlic, Basil, 1st. L. lemon juice and 1 tbsp olive oil.

Fry the chicken with the chopped onion until cooked, the meat should be soft. Boil the pasta until "al dente".

To connect pasta with greens and chicken and mix gently. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bon appetit!
