Stuffed eggs with herring
Easy, very tasty and tender, was doing on the holiday table, all the guests loved it.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Lemon

    1 tsp

  • Caviar

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

  • Beets

    1 piece

Cooking

Boil eggs, rinse with cold water, peel, cut the eggs lengthwise into two halves.

Remove the yolks and in a separate bowl, mash well with a fork.

Beets grate on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes. Put in a bowl and pour 1 liter of boiling water. In a bowl put the whites and leave for 1 hour.

Herring fillet cut into 10 thin strips, the rest put in a blender, chop.

Mix with mayonnaise and egg yolks. Add lemon juice, chopped dill, salt and pepper and mix well. To clean the mass in the fridge.

Proteins removed from the beet water, dry and lay out on a serving dish.

On each half to lay the stuffing, garnish with caviar, a slice of herring and chopped green onions.
