Mushroom soup in Polish
This cooking website is not found and decided to share it with you. Mom 10 years ago brought the recipe from Poland, where it tried at a local restaurant. So the name is. Since then, our family and friends cook it just so. I hope you will find useful.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Cooking

Dried mushrooms pour boiling water and leave for 15 minutes until tender.

Onion cut into half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater.

Swollen mushrooms to extract from water (water not drained), cut into small pieces. Cut the potatoes into wedges.

Boil water (2.5 l) in a saucepan, add the potatoes, the chopped dried mushrooms and the water in which they were swollen. And leave to stew for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, make zazharku: fry the onion and carrots in a mixture of butter and sunflower oil, until Golden brown.

In a frying pan to sugarce add sour cream and lightly fry.

Cut the mushrooms: pickled, salted, fresh, frozen (little by little under the hand, the more variety, the tastier the soup will be).

In a saucepan put all the mushrooms, Bay leaf and sauté, sprinkle with salt. Finely chop the herbs and sent after all the ingredients.
