For the first time these sandwiches I tried, when many years ago, a great and friendly company, we went on nature. Liked it! Since then, I prepare and during the week, and as an appetizer for the holiday table. Delicious, fresh, fragrant, juicy and tender. Help yourself, dear cooks!

Ingredients

  • Baguette

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.3 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.4 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

    5 sprig

Cooking

Baguette cut into slices 1.5 cm thick. Fry in butter on both sides until Golden brown.

Cucumbers wash, dry, RUB on a large grater. The excess liquid to drain.

Add the mayonnaise. You can replace it with sour cream. On a fine grater grate the garlic. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.

Wash tomatoes, dry, cut into thin plates.

On a slice of baguette spread about a tablespoon of the filling and slice of tomato.

Garnish with greens. I serve the sandwiches chilled.
