Thick tomato soup
Extremely tasty and easy to prepare soup. This is one of my favorite original recipes!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Pepper

    200 g

  • Chili

    100 g

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Tomato juice

    250 g

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Greens

    50 g

Produce to prepare a thick tomato soup.

Meat cut and fry in vegetable oil.

Peel and slice (as you like) potatoes, carrots, garlic. From greens to remove the leaves and slice the stems only.

Peel and chop the sweet pepper and chili pepper.

Tomatoes peel and slice. Mushrooms and green peas rinse.

Put all the ingredients in an ovenproof pan, pour tomato juice and water, season with salt, add the Bay leaf, stir. The pan cover and put in the oven for 1 hour 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Don't worry, nothing will burn or boil away.
