Meatloaf with pasta
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user elena_110 called "Roll with pasta "Rich"" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Very tasty, hearty and very time consuming dish!


  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Pasta

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Bun

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Water, carbonated

    0.5 cup


Of these products will prepare our rolls.
Pasta boil in salted water. Drain in a colander. To drain the water. Add melted butter and mix gently.
Minced vegetables in a large bowl. Mince the onion, potatoes, wetted and wrung bun without the crust. Add egg, soda, salt, pepper and mix well with ground beef. Put the meat into a wet film or a towel, a layer (thickness about 1 cm). Macaroni place it in the middle of the formation. With film or a towel to connect the edge of the meat layer so that they found each other. Form into a roll with stuffing inside.
Using the same towels to lay out the strudel on a greased baking sheet seam down. The roll top is to grease with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, make a few punctures with a fork.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
