Pineapple-mango smoothie
Offer to cook healthy smoothies from tropical fruits.

Ingredients

  • Bran

    4 Tbsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    2 Tbsp

  • Pineapple

    300 g

  • Yogurt

    400 ml

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Mint

To make this smoothie I used oat bran TM "Mistral".

Was milled sunflower seeds and bran (I use a mini chopper).

Cut the pineapple and mango.

Put into the blender the crushed bran with sunflower seeds, the pineapple and mango, honey. Use the blender to prepare a homogeneous mass.

Add the yogurt, again, use the blender before mixing ingredients. Pour smoothie into glasses or jars, decorated with leaves of fresh mint. Bon appétit!
