Semolina pudding with banana
Somehow walking through the center of Prague near old town square I came upon a small cozy cafe and decided it was time to rest. Frankly, I was surprised that the menu includes semolina. Some kid at the next table with her appetite was eating, and I decided I needed to try to remember the Golden childhood... a Hundred years did not eat semolina! It turned out that this simple dish can be a real treat. Invited to the feast!

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    80 g

  • Milk

    140 ml

  • Water

    140 ml

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Sugar

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Cocoa powder

  • Berry

Cooking

In a saucepan, mix the milk and water, bring to a boil.

Pour semolina and stir, cook a fairly thick porridge. The process will take about 5 minutes.

A ripe banana peel and cut into slices (I had two bananas, so I make a double batch)

In blender, chop a banana, banana puree, add cream, sugar and all the beat again.

Add banana mixture to cereal.

All carefully stir and put on sugar, bring to boil and turn the heat off. The gruel is ready.

In porridge on request, you can add a little lemon juice, nuts, melted chocolate, raisins, etc. I sprinkled her instant cocoa and added strawberries. Berries you can use what you want, to taste. Children this porridge is just like it! Bon appetit!
