Parfait of poultry liver with sauce of port wine
As always in my menu-quick, tasty and healthy)

Ingredients

  • Liver Turkey

    200 g

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The wine is fortified

    50 ml

  • Broth

    150 ml

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Salt

Liver wash, remove the film. Mix in a blender liver, egg and milk. Add a mixture of 4 peppers, nutmeg and salt.

I have a plastic mold for croup 15 13. Pour the liver in the form of a closed film. Put in a steamer for 20 min.

While the dish is cooked, make the sauce. Port wine, pepper well, add finely chopped onions and broth. Put on the heat and evaporate until there is 1/2 of the mixture. Filter.

Take out of bowl slightly chilled "ice cream". Cut into 3 strips. Pour the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
