Rice porridge with carrot
Rice porridge is very useful, but with the addition of carrots - twice blessed!! This gruel can be eaten both adults and kids. But if instead of milk use water, and even babies can be offered instead of vegetable purees.

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Butter

    35 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

  • Salt

Wash rice and boil in the water.

In a saucepan melt the butter, add the finely chopped carrots, stir, cover and simmer 25 minutes on low heat.

Next add the rice and the milk (250ml). Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer under the lid closed for 30 minutes. Readiness decide on the carrot. In a blender, grind cereal until smooth.

Yolks to combine with the remaining milk (50ml) and add salt or sugar (depending on which cereal you like). Then combine this mixture with the crushed cereal, bring to a boil and poured into plates.

Our porridge is ready. Out of this number ingredients I got 2 small plates of porridge, is just right for children.
