Tincture
Recipe taken from the magazine "School of chef". In my opinion, a nice gift option.

Ingredients

  • Grapes

    1 kg

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Carnation

    8 bottle

  • Cinnamon

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    400 g

  • Vodka

    1 l

  • Vanilla sugar

    11 g

  • Water

    50 ml

Cooking

Grapes should be washed under running water and put it in a bowl of cold water.

To fill in a saucepan, add sugar, add hot water, add vanilla sugar and heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar. The syrup is cool, mix with vodka.

Lemons to RUB on a small grater. I also suggested spices, used star anise.

Zest and spices to add to vodka and give infusions, then the cinnamon and star anise out.

While the drink is brewed, prepare the grapes. Again it washed and cut with scissors each grape, leaving the stems about 5 mm.

The grapes need to dry out.

Sterilized bottles filled with berries and pour the flavored vodka. Seal.

Tincture will be ready in 2-3 months. Before use, strain!
