Cooking
Cabbage divided into florets, put in a pan, add chopped garlic and potatoes. add water (for 2 servings of soup) and cook at low boil 15 minutes.
Mushrooms arbitrarily cut, put on pan, add soy sauce.
Simmer the mushrooms in the sauce until tender.
To the cooked vegetables add turmeric, blend until smooth, try the salt, if necessary salt. Pour into soup bowls, add the mushrooms, pepper to taste, a little oil and herbs.
