Sauce grilled peppers
I found this recipe on one of the numerous Internet sites. I love all sorts of sauces. This, I feel, was supposed to be like me. I made it and never regretted it.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Spices

Bake peppers until soft (I did this in the microwave), cool and remove seeds and peel.

Slice the garlic. Hot pepper remove seeds and cut into pieces. I used pepper medium spicy and medium is the same size, so he added a half (that was enough). Be guided by your taste.

Add salt, sugar, black pepper and parsley. In tomato paste add the water (if the paste is thick) and pour the total mixture.
