From pasta to large format, which is specially designed for stuffing and baking, you can prepare dinner gourmet. Hearty meat toppings, tasty sauce will not leave anyone indifferent to this original pasta.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Tomato juice

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Prepare all the ingredients

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and quickly fry the pasta until lightly blush, literally 15-20 seconds.

Finely chop the onion.

Fry the onions until transparent.

Finely chop the mushrooms.

Add the mushrooms to the onions and fry together for 5 minutes.

Cool the onion-mushroom stuffing

Connect the minced meat with fried onions and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, mix well.

Add to the mince the chopped herbs and mix well.

Stuff the pasta and place in a baking dish.

To make the sauce. Take equal proportions of cream, sour cream, tomato juice, mix everything.

Pour stuffed pasta for 2/3 of the sauce, cover tightly with foil and place in preheated oven 180* for 40-50 min.

Grate cheese. I have "Bashkir honey cheese" Belebeevsky plant, which we really liked.
