Beef salad with autumn vegetables
Hi! Today I want to share with you the recipe of salad from my childhood. The story is this: we tried it with the parents visiting aunt, took her recipe, and then this salad was the main guest at all our feasts. And all because mom knew that I loved him very much and ate the first of all other treats. Today I decided to remember the taste of childhood.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    250 g

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Green peas

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

In a pan put beef piece, cover with water and cook until tender. The meat is removed from the water and allow to cool completely.

Scrape the carrots and cut into sticks. In this salad it is very important to chop all of the vegetables it strips, and this is its highlight.

In frying pan heat 1 tbsp oil, add carrots and quickly sauté about 2 minutes, until the carrots are slightly grasped, but not welded. It should remain crispy. Put in a dish.

Peel the onion and cut into rings or half rings. In the LCD pan add 1 tbsp oil to fry about 1-2 minutes to bow only grabbed, but remained crunchy. Put in a dish to the carrots.

To prepare the sauce. It will be well-known Cocktail sauce: mix ketchup and mayonnaise in equal amounts. It turns the sauce a beautiful pink color. Add it to the salad, mix and serve.
