The story is this: we tried it with the parents visiting aunt, took her recipe, and then this salad was the main guest at all our feasts. And all because mom knew that I loved him very much and ate the first of all other treats. Today I decided to remember the taste of childhood.

Cooking

Peel the onion and cut into rings or half rings. In the LCD pan add 1 tbsp oil to fry about 1-2 minutes to bow only grabbed, but remained crunchy. Put in a dish to the carrots.
The cooled meat cut into strips.
Add to the onions and carrots.
Pickled cucumbers also cut into strips, add to the other ingredients.
And add to peas. Season with salt and pepper.
To prepare the sauce. It will be well-known Cocktail sauce: mix ketchup and mayonnaise in equal amounts. It turns the sauce a beautiful pink color. Add it to the salad, mix and serve.
You can make the sauce a little more, it will only decorate the salad. I used the brand mayonnaise "Maheev".
