Want to suggest a recipe for making homemade yogurt without a yogurt maker special...

That's what we need...
Milk to boil, cool to 35-40 degrees.
Dishes where it will "ripen" yogurt, wash thoroughly, hold it over hot steam for a few minutes.
Pour the milk, add the yogurt. 2 litres of milk - just a box of ready-made yoghurt 150 g
In a jar pour the hot water but not boiling water. Put near future yogurt.
Wrap. I use a blanket. Leave for 10-12 hours.
12 hours to get yogurt. Excess fluid can be drained. Put in the refrigerator.
This yoghurt is stored in the refrigerator for 4 days. But we have before it disappears.
And now we have Breakfast with our yogurt. Banana + 100 g of cottage cheese + 3 tbsp. of homemade yogurt.
In 1 tbsp of boiling water dissolve 0.5 tsp instant coffee (who like sweeter you can add sweetener or fructose.
Mix everything in a blender, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. And then enjoy the wonderful dessert!!!
