This batter fried fish, seafood and vegetables remain juicy. The batter coats the products well and quickly "grasped". Well knock out a fish for those who don't like it much. Loved the mushrooms in this batter ( it is best to take small, approximately the same size).
Mix all ingredients for batter to make the batter without lumps.
Dip the prepared foods (I have a fish fillet) and fry in a well heated pan on both sides.
Put the fish or vegetables on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
