Chocolate manna with chocolate filling
I love this megamanny, megacolony, megapussy manna. I have a lot of recipes mannikov, but this is one I bake most often. It is prepared very quickly, even no need to get your hands dirty. The result is always successful (at least in the oven, though in a slow cooker). I would be glad if someone of You cooks, it will become a favorite.   • Butter

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    150 g

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Vanilla

  • Cocoa powder

    30 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece


In a bowl, pour the semolina, add sour cream, mix well. Cover with cling film and set aside for 1 hour.
In another bowl put soft butter (margarine), a pinch of salt, sugar, vanilla and beat with a mixer couple of minutes.
Add one or more eggs, each time stirring the mixture at the moment added the egg, whipped, etc.
Sift in vysheperechislennoe a dough of flour and beat the dough (1-2 minutes)
In creamy semolina mixture sift cocoa, baking soda and vegetable oil. Mix well with a spoon.
In the dark dough and spread the light dough and a good beat with a mixer couple of minutes.
Will grease the bowl multivarki vegetable oil (if you bake in the oven, then take the form Ø24. cm, if the form is separable, sealing it with baking paper (zastelen the bottom of the paper)) and pour half of the batter. Put broken pieces of chocolate and pour very gently the rest of the test.
Choose the mode "Pastries", set time of 75 minutes. If baking in the oven, then preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 45-50 min. Guided by your oven!
Get ready manna with dishes for cooking steamed, completely cooled and sprinkle with powdered sugar, or decorate with chocolate.
