Delicate, airy, and fragrant pastries. The dough is perfect for the slow cooker, the oven and the bread machine.


  • Flour

    300 g

  • Milk

    175 ml

  • Orange juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    25 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Vanilla

  • Cinnamon

  • Yeast

    1 tsp


Dissolve the yeast in the milk (warm), to set aside.
In a bowl sift the flour + salt, add 2 tbsp of the juice I squeezed out of 1/4 orange (from Mandarin).
Egg mix with sugar + butter to melt and add + vanilla and cinnamon (and without them). Leave 2 tbsp for greasing, pour the rest into the dough.
Intensively stirring, pour the milk with yeast in the dough. Begin to knead the dough you can spoon smoothly, then domesitc hands, the dough should be very soft but not stick to hands. In the bread maker is easier to pour according to instructions.
Form a ball and let rise. I put in a bowl of warm water - suitable for 30 minutes. Temperature - longer should greatly increase.
When the dough came, the formed products. You can simply roll a ball and a delicious, sweet muffin.
I did with the Mac, including. Put the poppy seeds with the sugar, folded as in the photo,
Roll into rolls, place seam on the bottom. I pastry is not rolled out perfectly formed rolls with your hands, just dipping in flour (hands fat not grease).
Or with jam, jam, roll into a ball with a seam on the bottom. Get 10 rolls with different fillings.
