I saw the recipe in the magazine. and tried to prepare, liked by everyone-very tasty..

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Minced meat

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    300 g

Cooking

Knead the dough a little softer..cover with a cloth and let stand for 10 min. Divide into 12 parts.( you can do half of the recipe)

Make balls and cover with a cloth.

Fry the mince with onions and potatoes, passed through a meat grinder .Salt,add spices.And divide into 6 parts.

Skip the cheese across the grater,and is also divided into 6

Every balls roll out to 2-3 mm thick .Not the cake to put the stuffing and sprinkle with cheese.

Roll out another ball of dough ,cover them with the filling, pinched the edges.

Fry in a pan on both sides until cooked .
